Aside from the agent giving me the run around and being unable to look into why my premium coverage changed I was also told that I needed to provide proof that my husband and I didn't put the object in the road ourselves before hitting it with our vehicle. Like come on, really!? I want to work with caring and considerate people after an accident, someone that realizes safety is priority. Not someone who is going to nickle and dime me for something that wasn't my fault and try to pin the blame on me."

"This has to be the worst agent I’ve ever worked with. He’s lazy and doesn’t want to help u with a claim he’s just there to collect premium. I had a claim and State Farm didn’t want to pay my claim so reached out to his office they set up an appointment to meet with Todd glover. He’s cancelled the meeting before cause he said wasn’t his job to deal with claims.. I was suppose to deal with claims at State Farm myself. Finally a yr later the claim is mostly paid with help of body shop and numerous calls by myself. Definitely stay away from State Farm and Todd glover. Just to prove that they just there to collect premiums I requested a quote online within minutes they were calling me.. Do Better!!!"
